Giving to Saying Goodbye
If you are thinking of donating to the Mariposa Trust (Saying Goodbye’s parent trust), thank you. The money that is raised by donations, fundraising events and individual fundraising challenges, is used to pay for many things, which include:
- To organise and run the 20+ Saying Goodbye services that we run across the UK and internationally, which enables thousands of people each year to formally ‘Say Goodbye’
- To pay for the online and offline marketing of the charity, including leaflets, brochures, websites, advertising and more
- To pay for the Bereavement Support service provided by the charity, which provides support accessed by up to 50,000 people each month, including training for volunteers
- To pay the general daily running costs of the charity
Below you will find a number of easy ways in which you can personally or corporately give to the organisation, and even how you can leave a legacy, by including the trust in your will.
Online Donations
JustGiving
You can donate online to the Mariposa Trust using JustGiving, which is a donation service that is completely free to use. You can use credit or debit cards, and even set up to give monthly.
PayPal
Additionally, you can use PayPal to donate to the charity.
Regular Donations
If you are able to consider a regular donation, this will help us to strategically plan our work, as we will know what we will be receiving each month.
